JCRE Skill Solutions is the flagship unit of Big Concepts Foundation Pvt. Ltd., a Manipur-based company incorporated on June 4,2010, under the companies Act, 1956. With an objective to nurture and develop a sustainable ecosystem in Skills, Education, Employment, and allied services across North-East India, BCFPL operates on its core philosophy to Ideate, Incubate & Implement.

Launched on May 2013, JCRE Skill Solutions(Jugeswar Centre For Regional Excellence) is a pioneering Skill Development organization and the first approved Training Partner of National Skill Development Corporation(NSDC), in Manipur, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Through industry-aligned training programs, JCRE continues to equip regional talent with the skills and confidence to compete on national and global platforms.

Our Milestones

The first Approved Training Partner of Power Sector Skill Council(PSSC) to implement Pradhan Mantri Kaushak Vikas Yojna(PMKVY 1.0) under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship(MSDE), Govt. Of India.
First in the country to train surrendered insurgents of Manipur under PMKVY 1.0, Govt. of India

Message from Our Founder

JCRE Skill Solutions, a pioneer in the field of Skill development in North-East(NE) India, has been serving the youth of the region through quality skill training and job placement, for the last 12 years since its inception in the year 2013. The amalgamation of the Government of India’s Skill Policy and the vital need to skill the youth of North-East(NE) India, foreseeing the economic activity supported by India’s Act East Policy, has made our vision, to be the skill training specialist in NE India, a close reality.

As a leading company in skill training, our goal is to excel in skilling, training, research and community engagement. Our strong industry linkage helps our trainees, in turn, to secure a stable future in a career path of their choice.

JCRE is working diligently and tirelessly with innovative products and services to solve “unemployment”, which is the biggest challenge for our youth and the biggest debacle of our government.

JCRE has been duly recognized by the state governments of Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim making us one of the most compliant companies and the most preferred employer in the North-East(NE).
